Big Johns Delivery Charges

• In Flagler County:  Ground floor $85

Upstairs add per flight $25

• Out of County $115 to Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, St. Johns County, Palatka 

Further delivery will be calculated with mileage

Refrigerator and Washer Delivery Includes:

 

• Connection of appliance to existing water source and ice maker or ice and water dispenser connections (if applicable)

• Removal of packaging from your home

• Removal of your existing refrigerator (customers must uninstall, empty, and defrost product prior to haul away)

• Level and test of the appliance to ensure it’s connected properly.

• Basic product demonstration and testing of the appliance to ensure proper connection.

• Relocation of an old freestanding appliance within the same residence (re-connection not included)

Please Note: Delivery teams can’t hook up appliances to copper waterlines. .

Delivery Doesn’t Include:

• Shut-off of main water valve; delivery teams can’t connect appliance unless there’s a working shut-off valve within 6 feet.

• New waterlines (installation needs to be completed by a third-party qualified professional; please see Installation section below for more details)

Range Delivery Includes:

Over the Range Microwave/ Dishwasher/ Range Hood Delivery Includes:

      Drop Off Delivery Only – product will be placed in home (not installed)

• Removal of your existing appliance (customers must uninstall and empty product prior to haul away)

Delivery Doesn’t Include:

• Installation or hookup; please see the Installation section below for more details.

 

Installation is done by third parties, Not provided by Big Johns, on Over the Range Microwave, Dishwasher, and Range Hood

 

Big Johns will not touch any water connection that is not in working condition, shows signs of prior leak, or is copper.

 

We will not remove baseboards or alter any part of the existing home; we will not provide any work outside of that stated in the delivery policy.

 

We will not haul away any appliances infested with any type of insect or rodent; they will be placed by the road but not hauled off.

 

A Re-stocking fee of $85 will be charged if a machine is brought back for a reason other than warranty.

 

We will not haul from one location to another
